The Customer Experience

Step 1

Customer Enquiry

Your new bespoke joinery project starts with an initial enquiry. Send us an email outlining what your project is and what type of joinery you would like and one of our friendly and experienced estimators will get back to you to discuss the finer details so they can put together a quote for you.

Step 2

Site Survey

Once your quote has been accepted, we will arrange to either come to Site to carry out a survey to ensure the dimensions you have asked for are spot on or, if you have accurate Architect plans, we can sometimes use those instead.

Step 3

Design

This is where your vision starts to come to life. We can work with you to create a design of your joinery project. Or if you have them, we can work from your designers’ drawings.

Step 4

Manufacture

Once all designs and dimensions have been signed off, your joinery project will be scheduled for production. This is where our talented team of machinists and joiners take the information from the drawings and build your joinery project.

No matter how big or small the project, the same level of care and precision goes into each piece. We take great pride in producing beautiful bespoke joinery that are true one-offs.

Step 5

Delivery

Once completed, all items go through a final quality check before being carefully wrapped, if required, ready for delivery to Site on a date that is convenient for you.
